when can I expect the toy box

My biggest concern, is when can I expect the toy box.

Personally I would prefer it the last patch prior to the next expansion, or at least the week before the new expansion so I can clean the bank and my bags for questing.Wow Gold

Currently this toon has 17 free slots, and I am about to vendor all the shirts I got from Brawler Arena. Since I'm not sure If I can repurchase them. Granted I will probably never wear them.

Please keep this in mind. If you can Blizz please supply the toy box a tiny bit earlier, even if it only handles the usable toys with no buffs at first.
