Why can they mow someone down
Why can they mow someone down that I'm healing without running out of resources, and I have to use my max output spells to STILL watch their life deplete? If I've made gold wow the commitment to use my high-mana-cost spells, then shouldn't I get more out of them than a faster cast time that really doesn't put out that much more healing and costs twice as much mana? When someone blows their CDs to damage my healing target, and I blow my big spells, shouldn't the heals outdo the dps? If not, what is the purpose of a healer? To slow down deaths? I thought we were there to prevent them...
Healing was great before Cata. The good healers were the ones that could use the right spell in an instant, not the ones that planned five seconds ago to use this heal because it's about that time in the opponent's rotation.

I don't know about you
I don't know about you, but to me Hyjal doesn't look bigger than the rest of the Kalimdor zones. Vashjir does, but that was a slightly different situation. Uldum I'll give you.
The rest really cheap Wow Gold eu do seem to have enough "stuff" to fill in. The quest hubs aren't all that far from each other, since you're supposed to walk to them, but you can put, say, a gigantic snow-capped mountain range that you can climb all over and explore in the middle of the zone that's fun to climb over from the ground and breathtaking from the air.
Actually, the other "big and empty" zone I think of offhand is Borean Tundra, which was designed with grounded questers in mind (if I've got that right).
I like flight, but I'll do the whole wait and see thing. I'm not the sort that pre-orders/beta tests/races for realm firsts anyway.

Just a few points to clarify here for AddOn authors who are wondering:
The PLAYER_REGEN_DISABLED and PLAYER_REGEN_ENABLED events were given additional meaning starting with 2.0 and are intended to be used by AddOns to get in changes around the buy wow gold combat lockdown. (As per slouken's post above.) This still applies to all combat lockdown related restrictions.
To be completely clear, the PLAYER_REGEN_ENABLED/DISABLED events are and always have been used to define the start and end of the UI system combat lockdown.
The UI system lockdown is entirely a client side mechanism which the server has no knowledge of. Everything that the server needs to know regarding combat restrictions is handled through unrelated systems.

when can I expect the toy box
My biggest concern, is when can I expect the toy box.
Personally I would prefer it the last patch prior to the next expansion, or at least the week before the new expansion so I can clean the bank and my bags for questing.Wow Gold
Currently this toon has 17 free slots, and I am about to vendor all the shirts I got from Brawler Arena. Since I'm not sure If I can repurchase them. Granted I will probably never wear them.

That just sounds silly
I'm not crying WPvP is dead, because on Emerald Dream it is not. I am crying that a unique factor to WPvP exclusive to isle is being nerfed with no prior warning or patch notes on the topic, and that censer was a large part of my time I've invested into the game, I thoroughly enjoyed censering with friends and hunting down other horde guilds. euwowgold.com Now, if anyone in the group dies they have to wait an excessive amount of time before being able to rejoin the group.

feel more dynamic and for good reason
The story quests feel more dynamic and for good reason. You're less "Commander" and more adventurer/friend in those so the quests seem to reflect that nature. You're freeing slaves, arming slaves,www.euwowgold.com taking part in rebellion, rescuing NPCs, etc
So that's my impression so far. Look forward to continuing to test and offer what feedback I feel qualified to give.

Depending on their skill and adaptability
Honestly, the loss of Symbiosis doesn't affect as many druids as you think it does. Depending on their skill and adaptability as a player they may have stopped using it during the first few weeks of new content (like myself) and those that still do use it do so for the CD that it gives their -target- as opposed to the one that it gives themselves (ie: Shadow priest tranq when things get tight even though it's weak and almost like www.euwowgold.com they're not doing anything at all. but the numbers helped once or twice I suppose...)
The loss of this ability to make other classes have more utility is only slightly saddening. But with the changes to the game, most of us that play the class and play it well won't notice a difference with the changes to Barkskin and Survival instincts.
All in all, I agree with the loss of Symb because it was damn near useless to begin with.

We've seen many questions regarding some of the tournament rules. Here are some clarifications:
1. Start time: Day 2 matches begin at 8PM EDT (5PM PDT). Please be online and ready to play starting at that time,best wow gold site and remain available until the tournament finishes.
2. Penalties for submitting false information: As a reminder, submitting false information about match results is grounds for immediate disqualification. If you believe that an opposing team has submitted false information, please contact an admin immediately.

Its works the same way Pre-6.0 Heroic worked. You can't join other heroic(now mythic) raids and the ID is bound to everyone and if you quit at 4 bosses and they continue to 10 and you rejoin, you'll be locked to 10. It's nothing new and its surprising to see so many people confused.

You leave but want to try to join someone else at the first 5. You can't because their ID is 4321. Its all Raid ID based. you cant join a fresh mythic or in progress. Only your ID.

At this time, we continue to monitor all realms. Our Quality Assurance and Reliability Engineers are working on further hotfixes to the game, and analysis of increases in maximum number of players per realm that we made earlier is ongoing.

between stage 3 and 4 even shorter
The time between the start of stage 2 and stage 3 was shorter. I can tell you the current plan is to make the time between stage 3 and 4 even shorter. ;)
With the exception of the initial cultist quests (only because they literally paid off), I haven't free wow gold found any of this pre-Cataclysm stuff to be worth repeating, which has been a huge departure from what Wrath of the Lich King has offered. Very disappointing.

Thank so much for your reports! An issue related to degradation of sound quality under certain conditions has been identified, and a fix is currently scheduled to be implemented in an upcoming sell Wow Gold patch.
In the meantime, there is an available workaround. Simply open up the Sound & Voice options menu, un-check "Use Hardware," and then set the Sound Quality to "High." :)

working to make this more regular
We've been working to make this more regular, but it takes a lot of time and coordination to get everyone together to do these. I personally feel this is one of our best podcasts yet, but that's a credit to the interviewees and their candid take on the development of Cataclysm and their own personal investments into it.

Do transmutation specialists get the bonus regardless, or do we have to be in one of the Cataclysm zones? I did this transmute in Dalaran and got 16 fire - does this mean the transmute gave me buy wow gold 14 or 15 fire and the transmute bonus was 2 or 1 fire?

As far as making it account wide, I'm not a designer, but that definitely hinders, again, the guild participation factor. Once you have guild rep set on one character, and if that then applied account wide, your desire to contribute to guild content that isn't pushing gearing your character drops substantially. However, if you have an euwowgold.com alt that's 80, yeah you probably will want to join in on that Blackrock Caverns run being put together. Otherwise you're a jaded 85 guildie who has variable interest in actually helping someone else out (Yes, yes, I'm sure you're the most selfless and helpful person in your guild, but that scenario is too often the rule and not the exception). It could also be gamed to some degree... but I'm not sure to what effect.
As I said initially this can be a weird start conceptually, but while contributing with guild members you're gaining rep, and you'll get access to those rewards from then on. As this is still a fairly new and fairly big and complex system we're watching it very closely, and fully intend to keep adding to it and improving upon it. Your constructive feedback is welcome.

True. We realize that there are so many different kinds of players in World of Warcraft that no single design approach can perfectly please everyone -- just as no single position can adequately represent everyone.
Historically, those who carry reservations about a design direction are more likely to make their perspectives known on this forum. It's interesting that, in this case, there are www.euwowgold.com a number of players raising their voices in favor as well. Generally this kind of thing tends to be a bit more one-sided, and it's become abundantly clear that this is a contentious issue. Players on both sides of the fence (and those standing on the fence, under it, and hovering above it) have all made valuable points. No one perspective has a monopoly on the truth though, nor does one perspective necessarily represent the "majority"; all of your ideas will continue to be considered and weighed in the balance as we move forward.
We always listen. We also take forum posts in context with the feedback and observations derived from other sources to get a broader perspective. Most of all, we want World of Warcraft to be fun and we will continue our quest to perfect that goal. Never doubt for a second that you are all an integral part of the process.

Not really complaining but its gonna get misused alot just like how it was misused in Wrath and I was super late in Wrath and I couldn't really do anything in Wrath except grind honor.wow gold guide Yea its good to have a high GS.....and BTW when i was referring to GS I meant iLVL....any way It is good to have a good GS. its also going to get missused and some people are just going to go off of that. example: someone with a 450 iLvl can tank just as good as someone with a 500 iLvl who does not know what there going to be doing. I am sorry but a non targetable ability, which can be resisted is not what I call "absolute best". Rework it buy wow gold completely to be like polymorph and you will have a point. Ill even take a 2 sec cast if I dont have to use a 30 sec CD to use another 30 sec CD to actually CC somebody in pvp

The question used to be, why don't we have a way to keep a spec for PvE and PvP? And to a lesser extent, wouldn't it be great if I could swap roles with my hybrid if needed without having to hearth and make everyone wait on me?

It's great (kind of) that some people have found uses for it outside of that, having two slightly variant builds of the same spec for different situations, however, it's not our intent with multiple specs to encourage that type of gameplay, and thus it's not our intent to offer tri or quad or quint, etc. specs.

may have been better to require players to kill
Heroic Halls of Origination is a good example of where optional bosses can cause conflicts. In retrospect, we feel that it may have been better to require players to kill all four of the wow gold guide"top" bosses -- Isiset, Ammunae, Setesh, and Rajh -- to get credit for their random Heroic dungeon rewards (instead of just Rajh). While we don't yet know if retrofitting the dungeon or the random dungeon reward requirements is the best course of action, we've learned a lot from watching groups, reading your feedback, and just playing ourselves. We’re definitely keeping those lessons in mind as we develop future content and if we do make any changes, we'll be sure to let you know.

I'm happy to share we actually do have plans for offering players a choice between male and female versions of all warlock demons. I said this on the main article but I think it would be relevant to post it here, and trust I don't have a hate on for you Blizzard just my two cents:
I would have to say (reluctantly however) that this expansion isn't as much as I hoped it would be visually (with the exception of Vash'jir of course) and to a limited, extent playing-wise. Please don't get me wrong, it is a wonderfully enjoyable expansion in its own right! It just seems, however, that alot of the content is just reused/revamped from previous expansions a little too much. This saddens me as I love the artwork you all do over there at Blizzard, as I'm a sucker for originality. While I did enjoy the re-done Deadmines and SFK, I have yet to experience the "new" troll dungeons for myself (I'm sure they are well done though).
Furthermore, I really couldn't euwowgold.com begin to imagine what it must be like from a designer standpoint, but I personally would rather wait a little longer for content that has a little more heart rather than reused/saved polygons and animations. Since you're most likely deep into the planning stage for the next expansion, I'm quite okay with what you've done thus far with Cata and sympathise, you guys are probably all really exhausted. With all of this going on it leads me to believe that you certainly do have something quite large for us on the horizon post-Cataclysm, and I gotta say, I'm rather intrigued. Please live up to my expectations. I know I'm just one person and my opinion probably isn't that much in the whole spectrum...but it does mean alot to me. Thanks.

With all of this going on it leads me to believe that you certainly do have something quite large for us on the horizon post-Cataclysm, and I gotta say, I'm rather intrigued. Daxx, what can we the community do to make things easier on each other? I've been somewhat reluctant to ask this, however, at this point I think it does need to be asked.
I only bring this up because the feeling of being a hero is not exactly there as often as it has been in the past. Saying hi and working with others in dungeons that we might never see again and may have people do very improper things, like a gnome rogue I had a while back get free wow gold votekicked for pulling two groups just because he can.
What can we as individuals do to better the community? Being nice only seems to go so far. I will also state that I have been polite, as well as nice; still can't get people to be kind. I do know free will is involved as well.

just put them on ignore and move on
For me it really isn't. I actually enjoy trying to clear content (obviously haven't but the attempts have been fun) and trying to get achievements. Is it nice when there are tons of cool people in my guild on and we're running? Of course. Does it suck when someone is being a complete jerk for no reason? Yes, I just put them on ignore and move on.
I see threads on this best wow gold community issue quite a bit and how it's changed through the years. I have been playing off and on since Vanilla and I can very clearly remember the Barrens it was not the joint community that some people like to remember. I also remember trying to get PUG groups together (particularly as someone who was several months behind in content). Unless you were running something that was relevant it was nearly impossible. As a matter of fact it was pretty much why I stopped playing over and over because my options were to be carried or be out of content and I absolutely hated to be going through a dungeon that everyone else knew and would just breeze through while it went by in a big rush and I never learned anything.
I dare say the community is not better or worse but we are being more exposed to each other in more difficult situations than ever before.

Blood DKs get outbreak. Fully talented
Blood DKs get outbreak. Fully talented, that means 32 seconds of debuff uptime. They are then required to use IT & PS to put up debuffs (or are forced to get the debuffs from another source). To use IT or PS means losing a rune that could have gone to DS. It also means a longer amount of downtime before the next DS. This means the DK must chose between losing all DS healing and mastery mitigation for a rune cycle while they apply debuffs. At the same time, the 32 seconds means the DK has .5 seconds of overlap or they have debuff downtime.
What is being done to bring DK debuffs best wow gold inline with other tanks?

learning anything besides press damage button x
As no doubt many people have already said, the main problem I see at the moment with leveling is how little it teaches you of how to actually play. Besides that one quest at level 6 or something which makes you use a whole 1 ability of whatever class you are, there's literally nothing. It's just too easy to faceroll your way to 80-85 without learning anything besides press damage button x, and y if you're fortunate.
While I don't believe dungeons/quests while leveling should be unnecessarily tedious/difficult/annoying, I cheap Wow Gold eu still think something desperately needs to be done to 'train' newer players how to play in some way.
For example, I was in Lost City today on my mage.. 130k hp paladin tank, didn't use HotR a single time on trash until the 5th pull, after I'd told him about 100x to kindly use it. Naturally, aggro was utterly woeful, and he was getting insulted left right and center by all members of the party bar me - I spent most of the run attempting to get them to give him a break.
What I'm trying to say is that I hardly blame him. Not everyone picks things up in a flash. Being (not forced) but... prodded towards having to learn to play to a slightly higher level would benefit all, in my opinion..

Frost does comparable DPS today
This is one of those interesting phenomena you observe when you do game design. According to our testing, Frost does comparable DPS today, and remains competitive in Heroic Firelands gear. Yet, Frost is much less popular than Fire or Arcane in the current raiding environment. Some of that could be tradition. Some of that could be that the DPS is close enough that players pick whichever mage rotation they enjoy the most. It’s also possible that some aspect of our testing doesn’t catch some factor that ends up suppressing Frost damage in the “real world” compared to cheap wow gold our internal servers. That certainly happens sometimes.
It’s hard to just look at logs and get an accurate picture of the mage DPS situation. When the best mages in the world are playing Fire and Arcane, it’s natural to expect that there are a lot of huge DPS averages for Fire and Arcane mages. That might not mean that Frost damage is low, only that the best players aren’t playing Frost. We see this sort of thing over and over again. As we mentioned recently, you can see Unholy DPS drop in 4.1 not because Unholy’s DPS was nerfed, but because so many good DKs switched from Unholy to Frost. While it’s ideal that all DPS specs are viable in all aspects of the game, and that remains our goal, it’s a lofty goal. the fights are super healing intensive
firelands is indeed quite difficult. mostly because the fights are super healing intensive.
the unfortunate part is that the fights are so healing dependent that if you have all-star healers you can clear out the content with sub-par DPS.
the flipside of that is, if you have subpar healers but all-star dps, you won't down the content because your healers can't keep up.
It's worse in 25man, because the fights aren't really tuned properly. there's tonnes of 10man guilds on my server that are 6/7 normal mode, mainly? 10man is a lot easier than 25man. a good example was using tier11 as a comparison.
our 25man guild was 7/12 heroic, but euwowgold.com the same 10man was only 4/12 heroic. no roster changes between tiers, the difficulty of the raids changed though.
now our guild is 3/7 25man and the same 10man guild is 6/7 10man.
this in itself causes great disparity, because now not only do 10mans get the same gear that you can get in a 25man, they also come by it(MUCH) easier. in 10man you can just flat out ignore mechanics and still down content, in 25man if you even ignore one simple thing you get screwed.
I'll use bethtilac as an example, in 10man it doesn't matter if the drones get healed by spiderlings because they die a lot faster. it doesn't matter if bethtilac eats spiderlings during the transition because she doesn't do enough damage to kill your raid even if she gets all the way to 100% you can still burn through her with relative ease.

this has annoyed me for a while-euwowgold.com and with firelands out now i cant keep quiet anymore- blizzard, how dare you- you give thrall a model that is standing up right but keep other orcs slumped over? what the heck? i want my orcs to stand tall, and proud! if you can give thrall a tall-standing model than i want my orc characters to be proud of who they are too!
at least that would be nice since we are paying you for this game each month- and you obviously have the technology to renovate models.

Lack of Realm Community
We understand that players are concerned about CRZ potentially impacting the sense of community. Cross-realm zones were intended to make lower level zones feel less empty, but may also impact other more populated zones. With more populated areas, we’re aware of concerns over increased competition for resource nodes as well as quest and rare mob spawns. This is something that we’re in the process of evaluating. wow gold We’ve already taken some steps to address it by increasing the spawn rates of most rare spawns. If a zone becomes too populated, we’re capable of adjusting how many realms are able to connect to it. Just keep in mind that we do choose spawn times of creatures and profession nodes with a certain zone population in mind -- CRZ affords us the ability to better maintain those populations.
Please note that Pandaria zones will not have CRZ enabled when Mists of Pandaria is released, but players can group up cross-realm in Pandaria with Real ID or BattleTag friends. The Wandering Isle, the pandaren starting area, will also not have CRZ enabled at launch, though we’ll have multiple instances of this zone running as needed for each realm, in an attempt to prevent overcrowding.
Please note that Pandaria zones will not have CRZ enabled when Mists of Pandaria is released, but players can group up cross-realm in Pandaria with Real ID or BattleTag friends. they are just looking for a tax write-off and public karma
I'm actually really happy that our business practices are nowhere near as cynical as you portray, though it literally makes me sick to my stomach to even read this. If you want to know some background (so you don't have to make it up yourself), the Cinder wow gold farming Kitten was already being set up as a charity pet prior to the hurricane. Once Sandy hit we recognized that we needed to change our plans. But, by that time, it became difficult to do much to change the timetable for getting this pet in the game and on sale. Anyway, with that context, to your points:
1) Already have something available? Like, we should have backup "disaster" pets in the game just waiting to be sold when the next disaster strikes. Tell me how that would be any more difficult for you to spin in some cynical way.
2) I already explained why we announced it. While the pet isn't available yet and the Blizzard Store isn't prepared to take the transactions, we need people to know we're doing this. If an adorable little pet is going to encourage a greater number of donations, I don't see the value in presumptively tearing down Blizzard for cynical PR, nor do I see the value in some of the other posts in this thread belittling people for needing to get something in return for a donation.
It's a situation that's mutually beneficial for Blizzard, our customers, the Red Cross, and those who need disaster relief. If all you want to do is find a way to spin this into some cynical ploy on anyone's behalf, I seriously want you to leave this thread and not come back.

This is the biggest gear disparity EVER in PvP
Changing the PvP Honor gear from 483 to 476 next season is a HUGE mistake. You are making it impossible to enter PvP Arena/RBG on a near level playing field when people with full 2/2 best wow gold Malevolent are starting the season with 491 gear and 498 T2 weapons.
This is the biggest gear disparity EVER in PvP. Usually Honor Gear > Last season PvP gear so players can have a fresh start and compete on semi-even playing field.
You guys are making a huge mistake and you have time to fix it. Please listen to you community and don't go through with these changes.
Not to worry, there's already stuff www.euwowgold.com in the works, and the item level change on that gear is just a smaller part of the larger picture.
We'll be posting a blog that explains the upcoming changes later this week.

I know it can be frustrating to be patient, but that's just how our development process works. We're still wow gold pretty early in that process. As I've mentioned before, balance tuning typically takes place towards the end of the PTR cycle. Hunter sustained DPS in the wake of the Readiness nerf is a concern that we're well aware of and fully intend to fix -- when we get to that point.

were probably fairly obvious to everyone
I had originally written here how World of Warcraft is a really big game, and while we know there are a lot of different types of activities outside of max-level content that people euwowgold enjoy, we're not always going to be able to focus on each of them all of time. But it wasn't written particularly well and I feel like my points were probably fairly obvious to everyone. :)
Anyway, in short: we will be address some low-level PvP balance in Warlords.
First off it's worth noting the item squish. While individual brackets might not see a huge change, certainly the power curve between levels will be a smoother one. It'll have a bigger impact on world PvP as it'll be more like it was in vanilla, and relative power between characters won't see these dramatic swings. Back in the day even if you were 10, 20 or even 30 levels lower than someone else, you still had some shot at getting away, if not actually killing them. Of course as people start gearing up again that disparity will grow in the outdoor world, but it should be fun to get back to a smoother character power curve, and it'll at least always hold true for sub level-100 gank attempts.
We recognize that low-level wow gold PvP balance just hasn't gotten the attention it needs, and that's largely due to us having to focus our attention on content that the majority of players focus their attention (e.g. max level). In Warlords we're going to be doing a bit of ability shuffling (read: deleting) which is going to result in the need to smooth out the ability-acquisition pacing (when you get a new ability and at what level), and we'll also be taking a pass on low-level balance at the same time. It's difficult because of the spread of people across all levels and ensuring every ability of every spec at any one particular level vs. another buy wow gold character/level/spec of another level have parity. Low level brackets just inherently bring a measure of un-balance with them due to the possible level difference, which is necessary to ensure they can fill up with enough players. Our goal is primarily to smooth out the outlying abilities - and this is hand-in-hand with the item squish - to ensure the base damage of all the abilities before scaling is appropriate. There are just some obvious tuning problems right now that we'll take care of, and then as much finer tuning as we can manage. We'll be looking for feedback during beta.

MPAPBT: Zonya the Sadist
She's vicious and hates to lose, but she's who you're after this week!
As I said in the blog, Zonya European WoW Gold the Sadist can be found in Stonetalon Mountains along the Webwinder Path. She’s off to the side of the road not far from Krom’gar Fortress, south from Windshear Hold. Bandit's Guile is an interesting mechanic that is important to Combat gameplay, but wasn't working out quite as well as we think that it could. In particular, there's basically no way to adjust when you're going to be in Deep Insight, other than stopping your rotation Wow Gold (and thus wasting energy, combo points, temporary effects, cooldown time, etc.). So, we're making an adjustment to Revealing Strike and Bandit's Guile. The intention here is that you can use Revealing Strike in place of Sinister Strike when you want to delay Deep Insight (such as to line it up with a specific upcoming fight mechanic), and have little lost damage besides the overall Deep Insight uptime. We don't expect this nuanced rotation adjustment to be used by all Combat Rogues, but having a little more control over the pace of your rotation will be useful to some.
Also worth noting here is the removal of Ambidexterity. This was done to reduce the amount of damage coming from auto attacks for Combat Rogues. We’ve increased the damage of their active abilities to compensate and make them more rewarding.
Finally, we changed Main Gauche to accentuate the importance of the off-hand weapon for Combat.
Revealing Strike now deals 20% more damage, but no longer advances Bandit's Guile.
Ambidexterity has been removed.
Main Gauche now deals off-hand weapon damage. Its damage has been increased to compensate.

Know Your Lore: Shadowmoon Valley and the Dark Star
Warning - there will be spoilers for Warlords of Draenor in this post. Specifically for the Shadowmoon Valley zone.
One of the most fascinating things for me about the unfolding lore in this first zone is the new vision of the draenei it provides us. Far from the ragtag band of embittered survivors clinging on to a crashed dimension ship, the draenei of Warlords are a proud society of expatriated beings who are caught between conflicting impulses. Do they fight to hold on to the world they were forced to leave and its ancient ways, or do they adopt new ones to become more fully part of the world they find themselves on? And how many times have they had to make this choice?
As you quest through the zone, you come to discover that Shadowmoon Valley wasn't chosen as a draenei holy spot through random chance - the interaction between the draenei and the orcs in this area presages developments in other parts of the world. Just as the draenei have had to choose how they will adapt to a new world, the orcs of the Shadowmoon Clan were forced to contend with a power they did not understand. Each exists in a kind of opposition to the other, and the choices of one affect how the other develops.
