The problem with your thinking is that it removes the flavor from classes. If you divvy up all the cc in the game equally and the counters of it as equally everyone becomes the same. And classes like rogue require a huge dmg buff and then people hate that because "OMG I didnt see him and suddenly half my health is gone". I am my guild's RL and we do 10-man normal

I am my guild's RL and we do 10-man normal every week. We are only 4/14 so far but we are still progressing. I take it upon myself to run a flex group every week to help get guildies some gear that will help us out for progression. I have done the first 3 wings so far with many different sized groups, anywhere from 10 people up to 25.euwowgold.com I can't think of any fights that made me think to bring more/less people. Personally I have noticed that 10-man flex groups do tend to be a little tougher. When I look for pugs I only have one requirement...that you have at least 510 ilvl. I use that number because thats what flex was tested with on the PTR so it was tuned around that gear ilvl. I do ask people for their xp in the wings but thats mainly so I know what fights I have to explain and I only make people get in vent if they have never done a fight or if we start wiping due to stupid stuff. My raid comp is normally as follows...

WoD looks alright... I think a lot of people's claims of it being small or incomplete are based on the fact that no dungeon or raid interiors were shown, and several of the areas were still in concept art phase. That combined with the low number of dungeons.

IIRC Cata and MoP showed more zones, especially dungeons, etc. but were lighter on systems info and, of course, no race remodel reveals.

My advice is to be patient. I'm sure more info will crop up over the next few months... and then of course the floodgates will blow open when beta hits. Blizzcon reveals are to tantalize, not go into great depth.

Honestly this really doesn't bother me too much. I only really miss flying in Pandaland when the quest objective is in some complicated mountain terrain or something. One thing I would implore Blizzard to consider though is not to pack too many mobs together into one area. Once you hit Townlong Steps it's all downhill from there, don't even get me started with The Dread Wastes. This doesn't make it feel dangerous it makes it feel poorly designed and frustrating to the point I don't want to level any alts. Getting knocked off your mount by one or two monsters is whatever but getting bombarded with 8 mobs that fear you into a pack of another 8 mobs isn't fun.

I really like the idea behind that and it's similar to what I suggested previously. Why not something like this (ROUGH numbers):

PvE Item A has 100 agi/str/int
PvP power does not function in PvE "instances", but functions everywhere else.
1 PvP Power = 1 agi/str/int in the open world
1 PvP Power = 2 agi/str/int inside PvP instances

That way both gear types are basically equal in the open world and equally handicapped in the respective instances. I see no reason that PvP gear should be weaker in the open world against mobs. Gear differences are mainly been for instances anyway.

That is not even a realistic wish. All what 33 classes have multiple abilities that all scale by equations, and that is not even including racials, not to mention that Wow Gold they balance around 3v3 or 5v5 not 1v1. The only way to balance is if everyone is driving the same vehicle (in a generic sense meaning the same character with the same abilities or actual vehicles or armies with similar composition). Just getting balance in the same room at max level has got to be like herding cats, and probably takes months of trial and error tweaking on top of that.

For instance- If you summon the calvery, they are VERY powerful offensive push that patrol between the enemy's towers slaughtering any solo players, and will require say 5 players to down succesfully. Getting each Wing Commander back will summon an aireal support team that protects certain friendly GYs, and will require 3 players to succesfully down once up. Summoning the Frost Lord/Forest Lord will be a big game changer- if its summoned, the Frost/Forest lord will quickly push towards the enemies main base, and once there, will prevent enemies from entering their own keep, allowing your team to beat the enemy general without having to watch your backs.

Balancing rate of tower/GY capturing and NPC summoning/upgrading around having only 10 players on each side. Its possible to make it epic WITHOUT it requiring an hour to do.

When I saw the CC announcements, I knew there would be weeping and gnashing of teeth by some PVPers. But the point is that while it's fun for you to work with your team to come up with clever combinations of CC's on different DR's to lock someone down, wow gold guide an inversely proportionate lack of fun exists for someone that has no opportunity to actually play their character.

Making the plans hard to get wouldn't be a bad idea as long as the cooldown to make the mat was adjusted accordingly. It would need to be a bit more then the amount of time that one piece of gear from Raiding is expected to take. For example if you're expected to take 1 week for one piece of gear the crafted alternative wow gold farming should take somewhere around 2 weeks to make. That way if you can't get a piece of gear off of a Raid you can make one to fill in for it after you've tried twice.

It would take double the expected time of Raid gearing while still allowing for RNG to grant you more then the expected. This way you'd have to focus on one character at a time to gear up and by the time you either got a full Raid set or a full crafted set (barring freak weeks where you actually get multiple pieces that aren't duplicates) if they kept to the same time schedule as this expansion you'd only be able to make one or two pieces for your alts.

Y'know, I often wonder if they get their devs who test content do so at 30ms..or do they ever say "Okay lets try this Oceanic style" and ramp the lag up to 300 ms.

My cheap Wow Gold eu guess is no. US players kick and scream if their latency gets to 100ms....I just wonder if the devs have any idea what we put up with and test in those parameters. A lot of this stuff, IMO, is tested with no consideration for massive lag. If they did they'd have a damned good understanding on why flight is so important to those whio dont play from the US.

Try a rare at 400ms. A raid at 250ms. Try a dungeon with a lagspike of 1000 ms.
